The Golden Gate Guards members and guests made our annual trek to the Japantown Cherry Blossom Parade on April 19th.  The 2009 Grand Marshall was actor and pro-gay marriage activist George Takai. After the parade, the group went to Wing Lum Chinese Restaurant for our traditional Emeritus Appreciation Lunch where honorary member David Meyer was named Mr Cherry Blossom 2009. Congratulations David!!
